Shibuya crossing was not as busy as usual on holidays due to the high temperature of 36 degrees outside.
My partner and I went to Kiwamiya, the popular hamburg meat restaurant around 11:15 a.m. There was a huge line, and we waited about one hour to have seats.
They provided six kinds of sources; salt, wasabi, yuzu (citrus) based, sweet, onion-based, and Kiwamiya original.
Kiwamiya cooks the meat for one side on the plate before providing us.
After providing, we cooked the meat by ourselves for each bite. It was juicy and like a steak!
Shibuya is being developed, and around the station is changed.
