Simple and Easy Way for Lunch Time

I’m still bringing frozen bento boxes to work every day. I had been cutting out white rice for weight management, but rice is just so delicious that I’ve recently started eating it properly again. My weight has increased by 1 kg to 51.7 kg. I’ll probably need to choose between drinking alcohol or eating rice, otherwise my weight will likely continue to increase.

I use separate frozen cases, Richell’s, when I cook side dishes.

By putting side dishes in these cases, I can simply take out the necessary side dishes from the case and pack them in the morning. If they don’t fit perfectly in the lunch box, I thaw them for 2-3 minutes before packing.

By lunchtime, they’re usually thawed, so I just need to heat them in the microwave for about 2 minutes, and they’re ready to eat.
